A 50% deposit is required. Telephone bookings are held for five days, pending receipt of a deposit.

The person in whose name the booking is made is responsible for settling all charges. Failure of some people in the party to arrive is the responsibility of the person making the booking.

All charges will be in accordance with the booking, both in respect of the number of persons booked and the duration of the booking, except that extra guests will be charged for accordingly.

Pets are allowed, stay within property boundary fence at all times.

Responsibility of owner for any damages. All persons using our facilities do so at their own risk.

We reserve the right to cancel any bookings due to unserviceability problems, in which case a full refund of the deposit paid, will be made.

Deposits will be refunded if cancellations are received by us at least one month before the arrival date.

All accounts are payable prior to arrival.
